Creation d’une table MFT
First of all I need a template : Realised with LibreCAD
Step 1: Align the template with M5x40 Bolt and drill the first line of 20 mm holes and return the template.
Step 2 :Lock it with flat dogs and drill the nexts lines using30 mm to position your router jig.
Step 3 : Move forward the template. Repeat Step 2
25×3 mm Flat dog to lock the template and easily use the router
Use a 30 mm centering guide on your router. 20 mm plunging bit. It’s important tooperfectly cente your bit for accuracy of your angle of MFT Table. You can use something like festool centring tool
